The purpose of this project is to provide a collection of web sites useful to K-12 students, instructors, parents, and/or home schoolers. The resources range from those that are most appropriate for pre-school to those for high school or lower-level college students. I tried to select sites that would be interesting, meaningful, and fun. I would love to get some feedback as to which sites you found useful, and which you did not, or ideas for sites to add to the list (email address below). The sites are not intended to replace a teacher, but simply to enrich the learning experience.

I have also provided a number of sites where entire on-line courses are offered, most for college, and a few for high school credit. The major purpose for providing these sites is for the learner who is unable to attend a traditional school, or who's school is unable to offer these classes. As I note on the on-line course page, there is no guarantee that any given course will transfer to any given College or University, so, if you're taking a course for this purpose, be sure and check with the institution to which you are wanting to transfer the credit. Again, any feedback would be much appreciated.
