Early registration assists us with the expense of planning and promoting
the Gathering.
COSTS:
- We have new faciltiy, program and registration policies this year
to help cut expenses.
We have the facility but not the food. We will prepare
two meals per day - a hearty brunch and a hearty supper. We will
also provide coffee and cold drinks.
- Please bring your own EATING UTENSILS (knife, fork, spoon plate,
cup, glass).
- We ask for minimum donations of $65 per person for those who can
pay.
Families contribute what you can!
- We ask that those who cannot pay to bring food they would have
eaten at home and contribute it to the meals. No one will be turned
away for lack of funds! We will ALL support those who need assistance.
- If you cannot attend please send a donation to assist others.
LODGING: is CAMPING - we have limited cabin space for ELDERS and
those in need of comfort due to health issues.
We plan to have 3 or 4 family camper/tent sites around several individual
fires. We encourage you to offer hospitality at your campsites - so bring
your coffee pots, CHAIRS, and snacks!
We can accomodate hundreds on the forty acres - so bring family and friends!
