Finn Mosin Nagant Web Sling?

I bought this sling at a gunshow in Washington MO in 2001.  The oval buckle looks like the ones on found some Finn slings.  The webbing is soft, thin, and finely woven (and dirty).  Also, one of the dog collars is smaller than most I have seen.  If you have any comments about the sling, please email me at:

"It is indeed a Finnish sling. I have a few M39 style gray-green web slings with the same exact buckle that were in with a bunch of Finn M39 style slings I got a little while ago. Since necessity forced the Finns to use and reuse as as much equipment and materials as possible, perhaps these buckles were salvaged from earlier slings that were not usable or repairable or maybe they had some laying around that they decided to use up."

It is a m/28 sling from the Continuation War time frame more than likely the time frame is 1941-43.  It's not a 28-30 sling.
