Swiss 1896/11 Sling

The sling came with my 1896/11 Schmidt-Rubin rifle (manufactured 1908) which I bought about 20 years ago. As you can see it's dated 1926 so it's not
"original" on the rifle but I have no reason to believe that it is not the "correct" pattern.  The sling is 109cm long and 3cm wide (sorry we're metric and not allowed to think in inches any more) and has iron/steel studs.

The makers stamp which I have outlined with leather dressing reads:
