A brown leather, oval buckle Finnish model 28 civil guard rifle sling.

Same sling showing the manufacturer's stamp. The Fritalla
company. It was owned by two brothers. They made leather goods for the army
and Civil Guard. They made pouches and straps, slings and other small
leather goods. The factory had two shops. Oneis in Oulu  which is on the mid
point of Finland's West coast and Turku which is on the south western coast.
This sling was made at the Oulu shop. The marking is a reindeer. This marking
is not encountered very often.
