The RRARS, an American Radio Relay League (ARRL) affiliated club, is established in the Rolla, Missouri area for the purpose of maintaining in our communities a pool of experienced amateur radio operators (otherwise known as "hams"), as well as offering an opportunity for hams to share their experiences with one another in this service-oriented hobby.
