Your 1998-99 Club President and a guest are invited to see all the facilities your club supports at the Mid-South Lions Sight and Hearing Service. On July 10-11, 1998, Mid-South's Past Presidents and Trustees, in cooperation with the Methodist Hospitals Foundation and other corporate partners, will host a comprehensive tour of our medical facilities.Lodging will be provided at no cost, for those who need rooms, at the Four Points Hotel at Airways and Democrat in Memphis. Accommodations and meals will be limited to the FIRST 100 PRESIDENTS, (or another designated representative from your club) and their guest, so make plans to attend NOW! Your Club President needs to fill in the reservation form and return it to the Mid-South office as soon as possible to guarantee reservations. Over 400 clubs from the four state area

When you tour these facilities and hear our doctors explain how the Lions give sight and hearing to the needy, you will gain a new enthusiasm for Lionism and the great work Lions do through Mid-South.The weekend will include tours of LeBonheur Children's Hospital where you will see the Pediatric Clinics and the Electro-Retinal Physiology (ERG) Lab. Tours in the Methodist Hospital Central will include; the outpatient clinic for visual and ENT exams, the operating rooms, Temporal Bone Lab, the audiology clinic, and the Mid-South Office.
