District 26-J Receives Founder's Membership Growth Award
International Director, Dr. Dwayne Garrett, presents Founder's Membership Growth Awards to District 26-J
IPDG John Morten, Jr. and his Membership Chairman, District Governor, Fred Krueger. The Awards were
made because the District had a net gain of membership for the year 1995-96.
