NORTH AMERICAN MEMBERSHIP GROWTH PROGRAM

The North American Membership Growth Program is a pilot program started for the Lions Clubs of this region. Its mission is to enhance the growth and stability of Lionism in all of the communities of North America.

How does this program work?

Every Lion is asked to pledge how many new members they are going to sponsor during the 1996-'97 and '97-'98 years on special pledge forms. Just think, if every Lion in Missouri would pledge one new member per year, what a difference that would make in YOUR club.

The pledge forms are collected by the club's membership committee and reviewed each month at their committee meetings to make sure each pledge is being worked on. The club membership chairman completes a single page form on their club's total pledge for each year. This form is mailed to the district membership chairman.

Where do I get these pledge forms and find out more information?

Contact your district's membership chairman. If you don't know who that Lion is, then call your District Governor.

This program will work. All you have to do is make the pledge, then cross that bridge and ASK 'EM!
