I have been involved with Radio Controlled Modeling since 1984 . Starting somewhere, I bought a modeling magazine and ordered a set of plans and built a Mini-Rearwin Speedster. It never flew. Getting help from a fellow modeler, he sold me a Sig Kadet that was already built. He patiently taught me how to fly and that summer I used 15 gallons of fuel in that plane. From there I progressed to the planes that I fly today: Ducted-Fan Jets capable of 180 mph.
