To obtain a Real Estate License
you are required to attend classes at a Real Estate School. Required hours
are determined by the type of License. Upon completion of the School's
Course, You must take and pass the State License Exam, then submit an application
and applicable fee to the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
Class schedules vary. Thrust International
School of Real Estate provides day, evening, and weekend classes to accommodate
our Students. Day classes are 8 hours of instruction, while most evening
classes have 4 hours of instruction on weekdays with 8 hours on Saturdays.
In all cases class has a 10 minute
recess every hour. Regulations permit no more than 4 hours without a half
hour meal break, and no more than eight hours of class per day
.
Advanced Registration is suggested,
although "Walk -Ins" are accepted when seating
is available at an additional $25.00 Tuition Fee. |
