The RMA number is valid for the items originally listed on the request
form.
The items are tested only for the problems listed in the RMA form.
So please describe the problem comprehensively.
"Dead on Arrival" must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Software opened is not returnable.
Return for Credit: Please be sure to include all
accessories including software and hardware in its original condition.
All credits are given on current prices and a 20% restocking fee
is applicable where necessary.
Special order items and altered cable/wire are not refundable.
Service and installation charges are non refundable.
Any physical damage or re-work done on the product voids warranty.
If the product that is returned is incomplete or defaced, if accepted
may require a deduction.
This deduction is final and subsequent return of missing items will
not reverse the deduction.
Parts come with manufacturers limited warranty. All parts are sent to the
manufacturer for replacement/repairs. The turnaround time is at their
discretion, ranges from 4-8 weeks.
Refund is paid in the same manner as the original method of payment for
purchase.
Refund checks are mailed within 14 business days from the date
merchandise is returned.
Print the RMA# clearly on top of the package. Packages without
RMA# are returned to you at your own cost.
