Cave Diving Training!

Cave diving training is relatively cheap compared to the cost of your life. If you have an interest in cave diving you should seek out the appropriate training. There are two agencies in the United States that offer appropriate training in cave diving. Their addresses are:

NSS Cave Diving Section National Association for Cave Diving
PO Box 950 PO Box 14492
Branford FL 32008 Gainesville FL 32604

MY FAVORITE UWCAVE _click YUCCATAN CONNECTION

Dos Ojos has more than 20 miles of permanent line
instaled making it one of the worlds largest surveyed
underwater caves. The name means two eyes in Spanish,
so called because of the two large entrances seperated
by only 150 ft. It connects with at least 8 other cenotes
and has one of the two known deep springs in this area.

Mostof the system is at a depth of about 30 ft but last year
a pit some 300 ft deep and 200 ft across was found deep in
the system. Fresh water issues from an opening at the
bottom. Incredible! (desc./pict from link)
I visited Dos Ojos 7/6/86 with local cavediving instructors Steve Gerrard and Jim Coke
