Fire and Spice Ham

1 5 1/2 - 6 Lbs. fully cooked ham
1/2 cup of Habanero Jelly
1/2 cup of pineapple preserves or crushed pineapple
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon (more or less) ground clove

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Trim fat and rind from ham, score outide of ham in diamond pattern.
Combine all ingredients, stirring with a wisk until well blended.
Brush one third of mixture over ham.
Bake at 450 degrees for four minutes, reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
Bake an additional 45 minutes or until done, basting ham every 15 minutes with
remaining glaze.
Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

French cut Green Beans stir-fry

1 large onion
1 to 2 green bell peppers
1 box of frozen French cut green beans
2 tablespoons of Habanero Jelly (more or less)

Saute onion, add green peppers, add beans, salt to taste
Stir fry for 10 minutes, add pepper jelly
Cook for another 5 minutes
Serve immediately

Glazed Baked Chicken

Prepare your cut up chicken your favorite way, combine
one half cup of Hot Pepper Jelly (the Apricot works well here)
and one half cup of Russian Dressing. Wisk together.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, pour off excess
liquid. Pour jelly mixture over chicken and complete baking.
