Our Jams and Jellies are delicious compromise of heat and flavor.

Ezz (mildest),
Habanero (medium hot),
Habanero/Apricot (hotter still)
and Habanero XX (still hotter),
and the killer R Y C (Are you crazy).
All of of the Habaneros are great with cream cheese and crackers, makes a great baste for most meats,
