"District Dancers" Visitation
PURPOSE
To promote fellowship among the dancers of member clubs of the Central District by acknowledging the achievement of each club of successfully visiting all the other Central District clubs during the calendar year January 1 through December 31.

ELIGIBILITY

Any open square dance club that belongs to the Central District as set forth by the Missouri Federation of Square and Round Dance clubs.

PROCEDURES:

Common sense will prevail at all times, and in any situation that may not be covered in this document.

There will be no competition between clubs - each club that successfully visits all member clubs during the calendar year will be honored at the district dance held on the last Saturday in March of each year.

Special cards will be distributed by the Central District and will be issued by the host club for you to account for each visit. The cards will indicate the number of individuals visiting (minimum required is eight (8) individuals) and will be signed by an officer of the host club. All cards are to be turned in at the district meeting in February.

"District Dancer" pennants, with the year awarded, will be furnished and presented by the Central District.

           RULES FOR THE AWARD:
All district clubs must be visited to qualify for a pennant. The only exception would be any round dance or advanced clubs that may be district members. Also excluded would be any new club formed after October 1.
Each person visiting must be a paid guest (free passes are considered paid), signed in at the door, with your name and the name of the club. Each visitor must be wearing a club badge.

There will be a minimum of eight (8) people to qualify for a card from the host club. Cards will be accumulated and maintained by each club. Upon completion of visits to all district clubs, the cards will be turned in to the district secretary for verification.
