• Moved reverse A/P modes to zoeFL This is to cure the bug where the A/P gets disabled when the reverse A/P is disabled. included zoeFL in EEPROM initialize database.
• Added the CW @ character .--.-. (word# 246) and recoded CW sub/table to shave some bytes.
• Added [ETI] phrase edit support to SCI edits.
• Speech word [ETI] 99 reads #keyups
• Speech word [T] now has option of a "M", "F", or "Z" suffix to specify 24hr, 12hr, or zulu time. If any other chr follows [T], it is not treated as part of the time cmd and the 12 hr fmt is used.
• Added days of week to DAY0 (DAYred) and months words placeholder. Now says year also.
• Added new words in WORD3.ASM

NEW DTMF COMMANDS:

• Added analog alarm processing to ALMCH. Each loop thru ALMCH, the 4 alarms are checked for trip status. If tripped, the macro is entered into the queue.

• Added ETI command to read the eti registers. a parameter processor allows the user etis to be cleared. N = 1-29 (as listed), 0 clears all. main ETI not user clearable. made eti command re-entrant due to size of output text.

• ETIs run at 5 sec intervals (1/20 of a minute). Updated eti display to use new math. main ETI now uses all 32 bits and has a range of 31 years. All other ETIs are 16 bits and have a range of 54 hours, 36 minutes.

• Added KEYUP command to interrogate/clear keyup counter SYNTAX KEYUP ; {0} Reads current number of keyups. {0} parameter clears to zero. Note that the keyup counter actually counts the number of active COS inputs, not the number of times the PTTs are activated.
