LAYERED SALAD
1 small head lettuce
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 box frozen peas
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
Grated cheddar cheese
Topping
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg Hidden Valley dressing (original recipe)
2 cups mayonnaise
Prepare topping. Mix all topping ingredients and let set.

Layer salad ingredients in order listed, except cheese. Pour dressing over top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Chill.

WATERGATE SALAD
1 - 15 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 large 9 oz cool whip
1/2 cup small marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup maraschino cherries (cut in small pieces)
1 large diced banana
Put pineapple and juice in large bowl. Stir in pudding. Mix well. Stir in cool whip, marshmallows, nuts, cherries, and banana.
