Strawberry Pie

4 cups sliced strawberries

1 baked 9-inch pie shell

1-1/2 cups water

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 3-ounce package strawberry gelatin

1 cup whipped topping

 

 

Arrange strawberries in pie shell. Mix water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Cook until it`s clear and thick. Dissolve gelatin in mixture and pour over strawberries. Chill and serve with whipped topping.
