Pumpkin Pecan Pie

 

 

3 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup pumpkin

1 cup sugar

1 cup dark corn syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. salt

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1 cup chopped pecans

1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

 

In a samll bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, melted butter, sugar, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well; pour into pie shell. Top with pecans.

 

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done. Serve with whipped cream.
