PINEAPPLE CAKE

2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla

#2 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

2 eggs, beaten

1/2  c. chopped pecans

 

Mix together dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple, eggs and vanilla. Add pecans and blend.

Pour into well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

 

Cream Cheese Frosting

 

1/2 c chopped nuts

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

2 tbls. Margarine

3 tsp. vanilla

1 box powdered sugar
