CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup oil

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups grated zucchini

2 1/2 cups flour

4 T cocoa

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup nuts

 

Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on an additional 1/2  cup chocolate chips.

 You can use mini chips for the additional amount. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.  Use a  9 x 13 inch pan.
