Each Gift Enclosure is an exact reproduction of the larger cards, except
they only measure 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches, and each comes with a matching
envelope.
The reverse of each Gift Enclosure is loaded with information on what parts of the
plant to use and how to prepare them for eating. It also tells what Time of
the year they flower, and the Habitat of each, and other interesting information.

Uses: Roots only; breads, chips. The walnut-sized corm must be
throughly dried to neutralize the calcium oxalate. The tiniest taste of the
raw corm will set the tongue on fire as it is extremely peppery.
Flowers: April-June. Habitat: Rich, moist wooded areas.
