This site is posted to provide copies of the Phelps County, and City of Rolla, Missouri, emergency management plans. These plans have been compiled in December 2003 by the Meramec Regional Planning Commission (MRPC) under a contract involving the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Phelps County Commission, and city governments in Phelps County.

Please take time to review these plans and send comments to me at disaster@rollanet.org and I will compile and forward the comments to the MRPC, and directors of emergency management for Phelps County and the City of Rolla. For those of you representing volunteer agencies, please make sure that the contributions which your agency can make in emergency planning and response are included in the plans.

These files are quite large, so be prepared for long downloads.
