  • Meetings are held as needed on the second Tuesday of the month, 10:00 AM, at the Phelps County Courthouse in the General Meeting Room.

    The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13 2011, 10:00 AM in the Sky Room on the top floor of the Phelps County Courthouse.

The Phelps County Disaster Committee is a Citizen Corps and VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster), consisting of members of the volunteer, public-service, and public-safety agencies in Phelps County, Missouri. Our aim is to improve coordination and cooperation between volunteer and public-safety agencies so that in the event of emergencies and disasters, all personnel, and the public in general, will be better prepared to respond appropriately.
