August 8, 2000

Rolla Ward 2 at Rolla's Truman Elementary School had 231 voters by 1:10PM.

These election judges had seen about 26% of their registered voters by 5PM.

By 2PM the wind was blowing from the south and the sun had peeked out.

The Courthouse multi-purpose room becomes a very busy place during election night.

Sealed ballot cases are carried in, votes counted and printouts run for each ward.
