Notice is hereby given that a Primary Election will be held at the regular polling places in each precinct of Phelps County and that the polls will be open between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August, 2000, being the Eighth day of August, 2000, for the purpose of nominating candidates for state, district, county, and township offices, to be voted for at the General Election to be held on Tuesday, the Seventh day of November, 2000.
