Over the past 6+ years since I built this site (1996), this Feedback Form has been used very rarely by other GALs and persons wanting to contact me with information for this site. It has been used much more often by people demonstrating their deficient reading skills by seeking free legal advice despite the plain notice above. The form has not served the purpose for which I made it, so I am deleting it. The presence of my email address in various mailto links on the pages of this site has resulted in constant bombardment with spam emails, so I am also removing all of those links.
