Mark your calendars for September. 12, 25, 50, and 100 mile routes in the Missouri Ozarks including: old Route 66, the Mark Twain National Forest, and some of the quietest, most scenic roads in Missouri. The Tour of the Ozarks is a benefit ride for the American Diabetes Asociation (ADA). There is no registration fee but a contribution of $50 is required to be elegible for the numerous prizes. Last year the prize list included: bicycles, helmets, weekend get-aways, dinners, flowers, even a lawn mower! Food, drink, and full support are provided. All proceeds from the ride go to benefit the ADA. Through its work in supporting research, education, advocacy, and children's camps the ADA helps the 16 million Americans with diabetes live healthy, productive lives. Your donation could help find the cause or fund the research that finds a cure. We hope to see you there. Rides will be offered before the Tour of the Ozarks on the 4th Sunday of
May, June, July, and August. For more information call 573-368-3001 or 800-216-2464. |
