OVER 140 CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS TO MAKE

One of the reasons I make a wide variety of ornaments is that I don't have to go all over Kingdom Come to find materials at the time I need them. When I go to yard sales, flea markets, antique malls, etc, I pick up metal embellishments, miniatures, tiny greenery, Styrofoam balls, fake fur, scraps of fancy fabrics, and so forth. At the time of purchase I ususally don't know what I'll use them for, but eventually I will work them in. I held on to some 3 Wisemen vinyl heads for ages, but finally I sold them on eBay. I just couldn't come up with a good use for them, and didn't need any dolls. But that is a huge exception! I also watch for clearance items and sales at Hobby Lobby, Walmart, other craft places. Sometimes friends or relatives are going to throw something out that shouts "Ornament!" to me, so I grab it. It's sad, isn't it?
