Tiny Walnut Scene

Crack open a few walnuts until you get a perfect half shell. Glue a bit of white polyfil, cotton ball or dryer lint into the interior for a snowy background. To the front, glue in a tiny plastic deer, nativity figure, Santa, angel, etc. At the feet of the deer, glue in a bit of sphagnum moss or other dried material. Add some to the edges as well. Glue a length of the narrowest size ribbon around the outside of the shell, allowing excess at each end to tie a bow at the top. Insert a thread or wire ornament hanger into the bow.
