Draw out this pattern to desired size. Use heavy junk scissors or tin snips to cut out pattern from aluminum or tin flashing. Bend wings, arms and skirt sides into desired shape, or as in photo. File rough edges of metal with emery board, file, or sandpaper. Paint on decorative details until it looks like you want it. Use an awl, hammer and nail, or drill to make tiny hole on top of the head, then add a hanging loop or wire ornament hanger.
