Take a large pompom for the head and hot glue a matching smaller one to the front for the snout. Glue an even smaller black one on for the nose. Glue on 2 googly eyes, pressing in fairly deep so the fur seems 'furrier". Cut two small ovals from matching felt for the ears. Hot glue these in place. Glue a hanger on too, pushing it in pretty far so it stays securely on. Apply a tiny bit of rouge to the bear's cheeks. (Yes, I know fur doesn't blush, but hey- it's cute) If you cut longer ears it would be a dog. Short pointy ears = cat, etc.
