I found a styrofoam bell in a bag of craft junk, and simply hot-glued strings of sequins to it, alternating red and irridescent white/silver. I put a florist wire through the top center of the bell and attached a small jingle bell to the bottom. The top of the wire I cut and curved into a hanger. Another way to decorate the styro bell would be to wind decorative thread such as metallic braids, etc, around it.
