Cut out 2 hearts from brown felt, about 4" across. Sew gathered rickrack in different flower and leaf colors on one of the hearts. Sew on buttons to center of each flower. Sew both hearts together by hand or machine with the seam on the outside, leaving an opening. Stuff lightly with polyfil, sew opening closed. Sew white rickrack around the heart's edge. Attach a ribbon hanging loop, and a button over the place where you stitched on the ribbon.
