Take a tiny flower pot from the craft store, and drill 2 small holes to thread a narrow ribbon for a hanger. Alternatively, use tacky glue to attach a ribbon all the way around the pot, tie a knot against the pot, and another knot to close the loop. Hot glue in small pieces of greenery, tiny pine cones, dried weeds, etc, then a small bird. Paint on craft snow along the top edge, or entire top side. Add glitter if you like.
