Gather about 12" of 3" lace along the top, and knot thread. Hot glue a bead at the top for a head. Use a fine-tip marker for some simple facial features. Glue on a tiny amount of doll hair or yarn, and a pair of angel wings from the craft store. Put a length of craft beads around her neck and hot glue a little jewel to secure. Add a hanging loop.
