Winter Birdfeeder Ornament

This is one of my favorite Christmas ornaments. It?s made from a disposable communion cup (you can get slightly larger disposable shot glasses), cardboard and a couple tiny birds. First, fill the cup with birdseed. Cut a circle of cardboard for the roof. Cut out a narrow wedge (like a slice of pie), overlap the edges and glue with hot or tacky glue. Cut the same size circle for the floor of the birdfeeder. Attach narrow lace or braid around the edge of the ?floor?. Glue roof and floor to the cup with tacky glue. Glue on 2 polymer clay, mushroom or plastic birds. Brush on some glue to the floor, and sprinkle on more birdseed. Glue a hanger and little holly leaf and berries to the top. Paint the roof and rim of floor with snow paint. Sign and date the bottom.
