Cut 2 angel shapes from white felt with pinking shears. Using the photo as a guide, hand or machine embroider lines depicting robe, face, hair, hands, etc. The hands are holding a candle. You can add some sequins, beads and so on. Place both felt layers together, stitch all the way around, leaving small opening for stuffing. Fill with polyfil or dryer lint, Kleenex, scraps, etc. Stitch opening closed. Add a thread hanging loop to the top.
