Cut a Styrofoam ball in half, brush of 'crumbs'. Glue on a layer of glitter, let dry. Hot glue a doodad to the center. I made this one from a couple bedraggled ones. Parts of it are over 50 years old. Hot glue braid around the edge of the ball, then sequins or ribbon next to that. Paint 2 coats of glitter sealer coat to the curved part of the ball.
