Cut 2 strips of decorative paper about 2" x 12", glue or tape them together to make one long strip. Use a ruler and pencil to faintly mark off every half inch all the way down the length on the back. Accordion fold the paper on the lines. Cut a diagonal, slightly curved line across one side of the pinched-together accordion to make pointy flower petals, referring to photo. Using tacky glue, attach the 2 ends of the strip together. Cut a 1" circle or square of paper, spread liberally with tacky glue. Place the back of the daisy onto the glue, centering it on the little paper. Hold it for a minute or two to make sure it stays in place. Cut a disk from cereal box cardboard, and paint or cover it with contrasting decorative paper (I used holographic Contact paper), glue to the front center. Hold for a couple minutes to secure. Remove the shank from a pretty button with wire cutters, glue it to the center. Run a fine bead of glue on the outer edges of the daisy, sprinkle on fine glitter (I used holographic). Let dry, then use a needle to poke a hole in one of the points and add a wire or thread to hang.
