Using needle-nose pliers, make a small loop at one end of a wire about 12" long. Thread on white, clear and smoke-colored buttons. When it's the size you want, poke the wire through the little loop. Wind the end around a couple times to anchor, clip end of wire. Tie a fancy ribbon at the top for a hanging loop. Tie a bow around the base of the hanging ribbon. With needle and thread, take a couple stitches to secure bow in place. Use Fray Check to prevent the ribbon ends from ravelling.
