This is an original from moi. Take an empty matchbox and glue plaid or other bedspready-type small print fabric to three sides, leaving the match-striking part exposed. Tacky glue or hot glue the inner box to the sleeve directly under the "mattress". Sew or glue together white fabric for a pillow and the folded over part of the covers, then glue them in place. Thread about 8 seed beads onto some flexible wire, bend it into a wide "V", then curl the ends to look like bug 'feelers'. Glue this piece to the back of a bead that is the bug's head. (First I painted the bead pink as if it were a Caucasian bug, but any color will do, of course). Draw some closed eyes and nose and mouth. Cut two tiny hands of paper or cloth and glue down at each side of head. For hair, glue on a tiny wisp of embroidery floss or yarn, let glue dry, then trim to desired length with sharp pointy scissors.
