Go online to get a paper pieced pattern for a miniature block- this one is about 3" square. There are many free ones. Assemble the block according to instructions, then back and bind it as if making a bed quilt. Add a thread or wire hanger. You could stop at this point and have a fine ornament. To make it sturdier, paint it with a coat of Mod Podge or gesso, or white glue that dries clear, letting one side dry before doing the other side. Glue on some tiny acrylic jewels, and apply white glue with a brush to selected areas, then sprinkle on very fine glitter.
