My mom came up with this one. Form a hanging loop at one end of a metallic chenille stem. Cut 4 pairs of stars in graduated sizes from cereal box cardboard. Use white glue to coat each star with a heavy layer of glitter, or use hot glue and apply sequins, one by one, with tweezers. Hot glue the largest stars together with the chenille stem in the center. Plan the placement for the remainder of the stars, then glue them together in the same way, ending with the smallest ones.
