This is a simple ornament made from a large paper mache ball (styro is fine, too) onto which I hot-glued some fancy braids. The picture falls way short of how cool the ball really looks. I glued on the braid to create quadrants, then glued another braid inside each quadrant until the whole ball was covered, then added a hanger. The richer the braids, the more beautiful the ball.
