Cut 12 2.5" squares of decorative scrapbooking, origami, or wrapping paper. Wrap each one into a cone, secure with tacky glue. Cut 2 circles from cereal box cardboard, about 2" across. Cut out 2 round pieces of the cone paper, a little larger all the way around than the cereal disks. Glue one to the one of the cereal disks, for the back, and the other for the front. Use scissors to cut slits around the edges, then fold over and glue them down. Glue the 12 cones to the unfinished side of one disk, so each point meets in the middle. Glue the other disk to the top, good side up. Let the glue dry thoroughly. Tacky glue a metal conch to the disk, then an acrylic jewel to the conch, OR, use a large decorative button or other fancy do-dad. Run a fine bead of glue around the edge of the conch and around every other cone of paper, and sprinkle on matching glitter. Poke a wire or ribbon into one of the points for a hanger.
