This is my page dedicated to IRC, or Internet Relay Chat.

IRC is where I've met most of my online friends. It's a medium of chat via an IRC network. The network I am almost always on is DALnet. I started on DALnet a long time ago, and much has changed... but none the less it is my home. I have gotten very involved on DALnet in the past. I've been a member of the kline team, web team and policy team. Around December of last year I got my first O:line on Mindijari.dal.net. Since then I've been made primary opers on both Defiant.dal.net (located in London, England) and Gothic.dal.net (located in Texas, United States). Within little more than a month I was added to the services personnel list as a CSop by Wolenczak.

I go by the nick FlameMage, but sometimes can be found as Flamie or even FlameDragon. I run my own eggdrop IRC bot known as FlameBot which acts as my online sentinal and guardian as well as my WWW leason.

I can be found in many channels, but a /whois usually works best. My most frequent channels are #relax and #gryphons. If you'd like to chat with me, come online to DALnet and find me. There are many ways to get there but the best way is thru an IRC client.
If you're running Windows you can download the newest version of mIRC directly from it's site. It has a whole list of help files as well as help channels actually ON IRC dedicated to helping new people learn how things work.
