- Review committee:
- We will pursue application for NAP
(Neighborhood

donations because the donor will be able to use tax credit for a
percentage of their donation.
- Hacker report: We have had a couple
of instances of users finding holes in the system which allow them to
change other people's files. We have since closed the holes, but
caution everyone to be on the lookout and report to
helpdesk@rollanet.org and unusual activity you see. Other abuse
includes faked email, and RollaNet members letting a non-RollaNet
member use their account. Everyone is reminded of the User Agreement
they signed, and is advised to change your password often and keep it
secret. You are held responsible for what happens on your RollaNet
account.
- User
Support: Answering machine, Voice mail coming soon, send email to
helpdesk@rollanet.org, or for help from other users use
rug@rollanet.org. We will be compiling a list of consultants/businesses
in the area who provide support services for those who need extended
help. Remember, RollaNet helpers are volunteers with real jobs and
families and in some cases this causes delays in response time, and
limits us from providing extended support. Your contributions are not
currently being used to pay for technical support.
