The problem could be a setting in your dial-up connection; an incorrect/dead web address (URL); a problem with the phone lines (anywhere between your computer and the site you are trying to reach); a problem with the server at the site you are trying to reach; or a problem with the RollaNet server. The following should help you determine what the problem might be. If you cannot load a specific page, but other pages will load, review the list of common errors. Also, check the spelling and capitalization of the URL. If the RollaNet home page won't load, first make sure you are connected to the Internet. Check the address field to check for spelling, capitalization, or punctuation errors in the URL. If you still can't find the RollaNet home page, close all your open applications and shut down and restart your computer. Connect to RollaNet and try again. If problems persist, call our office at 364-0852 to report the problem and get assistance from our HelpDesk. If you can not load any web pages, or you can load the RollaNet home page but can not load non-RollaNet pages, first follow the above steps. If problems persist, call our office at 364-0852 to report the problem and get assistance from our HelpDesk. When requesting assistance from HelpDesk, please indicate which situation above applies.
